Here is where you will find our most common questions.

Shipping time frame:

Design your own bags will take 3-4 weeks for shipping. Each bag is made by a work at home seamstress for you. If you purchase a ready to ship bag they will ship out within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Shipping Partners:

We ship using USPS and UPS.

Care of bags:

You can machine wash your bags on a delicate cycle and air dry them. We line our bags in a sturdy fabric that will soak up quite a bit of water. It will take a day in the sun to dry your bag. I set ours out on the back porch and let it dry in the sun!

Do you take returns?

Due to the customized nature of our products Design Your Own bags are not returnable. We will repair them if an error was made or a manufacturing issue. You must notify us within 3 days of the arrival, and we will issue you a return packing slip to ship the bag back to us for repair.
